COULD KIRKCALDY BECOME A CYCLING CENTRE to reduce town centre car impact?

This is the cycle centre next to Bordeaux rail and tram station and there are allocations of pay as you go bicycle points throughout the city to enable residents and tourist visitors to get around the  accessible spaces.
